Welcome to Casaviah! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Casaviah mobile application (“App”), which allows owners of family vacation homes to securely share availability with close friends and family. Casaviah is owned and operated by Casaviah (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using Casaviah, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

Casaviah is a private platform designed to simplify the coordination of vacation home use among trusted people. Users can create home profiles, manage calendars, and invite close contacts to view availability.

2. Account Registration

To use Casaviah, you must register an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share access outside of family, friends, and trusted individuals

• Use Casaviah for illegal or commercial rental purposes

• Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Casaviah and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the app or email.
